EMSTAR WELCOME 3 NEW TRAINERS TO THE TEAM

We are delighted to welcome Gerry Buckley, John Dunne and John Kenny to the EMSTAR team of trainers.

Gerry was an Advanced Driving Instructor with An Garda Siochana between 1980 and 2004. He has trained both in Ireland and in the UK and has provided all levels of emergency driver training. Gerry is an ADI and holds an HGV licence.

Gerry writes regularly on driving issues for the Garda Review.

John Dunne was an Advanced Driving Instructor with An Garda Siochana between 1999 and 2010. He served with the Garda since 1980 and also undertook duties with the UN in the former Yugoslavia. John has experience of delivering training at all levels from standard van courses to VIP escort.

John Kenny served with An Garda Siochana from 1980 until 2010 and was an Advanced Driving Instructor at the Garda Driving Centre at Templemore. John undertook Teacher training in 1991.

All three will be providing both non emergency and emergency driver training to Ambulance Staff in Ireland both in the public and independent sector.
